This screen has been designed to help you generate a new RSVP/Event Registration page. After saving this record, a new "Survey" will be created based on an RSVP template, which by default contains 4 questions including First Name, Last Name, Email, and Send Email Confirmation. You can also add additional fields speicific to your event.
