Regional Council Expansion of Quality First!
Your First Things First Regional Partnership Council is committed to improving the quality of early care and education in your community. That is why they included an expansion of Quality First in their funding plan which was approved by the First Things First Board. Although space is limited, it's not too late to apply for Quality First.
Regulated early care and education homes and centers are eligible to apply. Benefits of participation include:
Financial incentives for achieving quality milestones
Professional development scholarships for teachers and administrators
Consulting services from health experts
The ability to use participation as a marketing tool with families seeking quality care
