The First Things First Training Coordinator serves as a member of the Management Team for the Regional Councils and as a lead consultant to the Assistant Director for Regional Councils.
Under the direction of the Assistant Director for Regional Councils, the FTF Training Coordinator will provide implementation, facilitation, mentoring and coaching FTF staff members.
The FTF Training Coordinator provides the structure for professional development and human system-building within and across the organization. The training coordinator will lead, support and supervise others who are engaged in the following activities: curriculum design, evaluation of training curricula and determination effectiveness, improving existing training curricula, standardizing all education materials, scheduling and coordinating of classes and instructors, track and maintain all Regional Staff training schedule, monitoring the training budget, providing reports and routine communication to Assistant Director of Regional Councils and Executive Staff as needed, recruiting of consultants or external trainers as needed.THIS POSITION IS OPEN UNTIL FILLED.

This position reports directly to the Assistant Director and has the responsibilities of developing and delivering object oriented Client/Server applications Determine client's business requirements during the feasibility study, analysis and recommendation phases for a complex three tier, object oriented architecture Client/Server solution.Act as developer for highly complex three tier, object oriented, Client/Server applications during the analysis, design, and prototyping of Client/Server applications applying all phases of the Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF). Act as developer (using Visual Basic and MS SQL), during the development, testing and deployment phases in an object oriented, Client/Server environment applying all phases of the Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF). Code at an expert level.Work as a database developer to include: Normalizing data to the third-level; creating database objects (i.e.) tables, columns, indices, stored procedures, relationships, and viewsWork as a database developer to include: Normalizing data to the third-level; creating database objects (i.e.) tables, columns, indices, stored procedures, relationships, and views advise and assist in all application development tasks/projects. Work with a close-knit team of .NET Developers using Agile Scrum to help develop the next generation of applications.
